Richard Marker is an internationally known expert on philanthropy. He has lectured on 5 Continents and in 40 of the United States, he teaches philanthropy at NYU’s Academy for Funder Education, and, through Marker Goldsmith Philanthropy Advisors, he advises foundations, philanthropists, and high net-worth families on the strategies of their giving.

Marker speaks to general and professional audiences about global philanthropy trends, family and board succession issues, and how to give wisely no matter how deep – or shallow-  your pocket may be.  Richard Marker has received honors for teaching excellence, been the subject of a feature length magazine article, and is the author of “Saying ‘Yes’ Wisely: Insights for the Thoughtful Philanthropist.”
