This program will help you keep your audiences delighted and enthralled at your workshops and speeches. Lou Heckler, CSP, CPAE, will show us ways to find and use fresh material…to include the audience in subtle ways you may not have considered, and to leave people with the feeling they haven’t just attended a conference…but that they’ve had a wonderful experience. Lou has been speaking professionally for 30 years and has presented at nearly every national NSA meeting since 1987. His sessions are fast-paced, experience based, filled with practical ideas and just plain fun!
About Lou Heckler, CSP & CPAE:
Lou Heckler delivers a message of high concepts, hilarious insights and hope to his audiences. Using knowledge from his past experiences as a News Director of an NBC television affiliate, speech instructor and course supervisor at the Defense Information School of the U.S. Army, management training director at Jefferson Pilot Communications, adjunct faculty member for the University of Michigan and more, Heckler keynotes and trains audiences about improving workplace engagement, leadership, peak performance and customer service.
Heckler also coaches other professional speakers and business people who want to increase the impact they have in front of an audience. He holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association and is a member of the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame.
